I had some yellow algae on the side of my pool and the CYA was 85. I drained some water and started the SLAMING. However, I added enough bleach to get the FC to 35 using the "previous" CYA number, not the CURRENT CYA! My FC is now reading 235!!!! What should I do?

The FAS/DPD chlorine test is only good for measuring FC up to 50 ppm. It would take 69 jugs of 8.25% bleach to get your FC to 235. Are you sure you added 69 jugs of bleach to your pool? 
Previous or new CYA number doesn't affect FC readings. They are not directly related, only use the CYA to estimate your FC range.

No, I added 6 gallons of bleach.
I used my TF100 test kit and it took 47 drops of R-0871 to get it clear, and then I multiplied it by 0.5
My CYA is now 50.

Just remember not to quit until your SLAM is complete, and it takes more than one day.
