New member, taking over pool care duties

Hey, I'm from North Carolina and owner of an in ground pool. Hubby works too much and I had to hurry up and learn about pool care. I learned alot from this site already. But after spending a fortune at the pool store this summer, I want to see if I can save money next year! Any tips appreciated 😀
