    Anyone have experience with pool ionizers?

    Anyone know if the below listed pool ionizers work, how effective they are, etc?

    You could read through this thread (this is a topic that comes up repeatedly on the forum, so you could easily find other threads) to understand why ionizers are not recommended here:

    Also, if you search on 'Floatron' specifically, I think that brand has come up occasionally before. Nothing magically better about their design, as I recall.

    Just to back that up, the above link sums things up fairly well without going into lots of technical details, if you want all the technical details of why these systems are bad just ask, or search the hundreds of threads about ionizers / mineral systems
