What are the precipitates during TA test?

I have never seen that before. The R-0009 is simply sulfuric acid that consumes alkalinity and eventually shifts the pH of the sample below 4.5 which is the green/red transition point.

Is your R-0008 indicator dye old? It can go bad with age, get clumpy and start clinging to the inside of the dropper bottle.

Other than a possibly compromised indicator reagent, I have never seen what you describe.
