Polaris cleaner troubleshooting

Hi,

Polaris stopped working last week and I'm not too sure where to start looking to fix the issue. It does not feel like there is water shooting out from the wall fitting. Please help! Thanks lots!

Which model Polaris? And do you have a booster pump?

I know when the pump for my Polaris 280 is ON, the water coming out of the wall fitting is very strong.
