Old pool and old light as in signature. Never used light before but tonight kids swimming so light on.

Got to wondering, how do I determine if light wiring is proper and sound?

If your light is controlled by your EasyTouch, then you can look inside and see if the relay being used to turn on the light is being fed by a GFCI circuit. It could be from an individual GFCI breaker, or by the GFCI outlet, often installed in the panel.

If the power to the light is not coming from a GFCI circuit, then I would not use the light until fixed.

breaker #1 is labeled pool light switch, different from all the rest
is that a GFCI breaker?

You should test it. Push the red button, the GFCI should trip, the light should go out.
