Coast Spa Parts?

Hi Guys I am new to the forum. I recently bought an older used Coast Spa Serial Number 103385 and I am trying to locate a neck jet pillow and jet for a corner seat. I have contacted the company but they are unable to assist as it is an older spa (or so they say). I would super appreciate if anyone could tell me:

A) What part the pillow is for the top part of the picture (Circled in red)
B) What Jet attachment is missing from the lower section (Circled in green)

Seems the company can tell you what parts were used.. the manuals on there site only go back to 2012.. they use balboa parts, do these look like the jets you have?
