New pool constructed, first time pool owner

Well, I got started in the wrong place, so instead of repeating myself I will just link my other thread in New Construction here:!

I found TFP in a comment when I was trying to look up what all of my new chemicals are. There are some construction pics over in that other thread. We're all pretty excited, and have been waiting a long time. We got started pretty late this summer, so our first season will be short, but we're looking forward to many years of fun. I'm looking forward to kicking it off right with the best methods and practices that I can find...

Welcome to TFP! Good to have you here. I scanned the other thread and your pool looks great.

Glad to notice you have a test kit organized. You might enjoy this thread (first two posts) which is a good introduction to TFPC: TFPC for Beginners
