New Pebble Finish - Algae Problems.....

Information about my pool:
DE Filter
24,000 gallon pool
Just had a new dark blue pebble finish (dark blue quartz and black glass finish) installed 2 months ago.

Chemical Balances:
PH – 7.8
FC – 4
TC – 5
Total Alkalinity – 100 ppm
Calcium Hardness – 270 ppm
CYA – 50

Recently cleaned my filter and added new DE powder. Water temperature about 90 degrees (Houston – summer time)……
It appears to have good circulation and balances remain within the normal requirements but every week I’m seeing more green algae growth on the sides of the pool…..
We have had some serious rain in the past month.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to why I’d be seeing algae growth with the numbers above? I didn’t have this problem with a plaster finish. Would adding algaecide help or is there something else I’m missing?

It was purchased at Leslie's Pools. It's a Taylor test kit that tests:
Free Chlorine
Total Chlorine
PH
Acid Demand
Base Demand
Total Alkalinity
Calcium Hardness
CYA
It was recommended by a pool company who did the startup on the pool when the pebble finish was complete.
