Ruling out a plumbing issue??

Ive got a leak, I shut off the pool sealed up the skimmer with rubber stoppers and put my winter plugs in all my jets. Still losing at least 1,5 inches per day. Am I safe to assume its the liner and not the plumbing?

Is there a main drain or only a skimmer?

Only the skimmer and the jets. got what I assume is water behind the liner in spots too.

Then yeah if you isolated the pool by plugging off the skimmer and the inlets and its still leaking then its gotta be in the pool somewhere.

I have similar situation, water dropping 1 inch every 24 hours, it is below jets and skimmer, there is no bottom drain. It's drives me crazy. There is no visible tears or holes. If I'm not going to find a hole then I guess my only option is to change a liner.
