I have a return jet faceplate with a 4 hole screw pattern. Each hole has a crack from the hole to the edge of the faceplate. Should I replace this or just leave it alone? It is not leaking, but I don't know at what point it would start to leak. I don't know if this is one of those things where you disturb it and that causes it to start leaking.

Not sure about your particular faceplate, but many of them are simply a cosmetic cover or designed to keep the return pipe stable in the hole. The return's true seal is often times behind the faceplate which is why many pool owners can remove the faceplate and modify their return fittings if needed. Since it's not leaking, I'd be more apt to just leave it alone. Keep-on swimming right past it. :swim:
