Our heater has been leaking since it was put in. 2 years ago. PB couldn't get it to stop, neither could Pentair guy. See the wet spot on the concrete. Any thoughts?

Looks like it's leaking from that small drain plug on the bottom based on calcium(white) buildup. Most likely needs a new oring

Or apply silicone paste tape to the threading of the plug

I don't know everything they (PB and Pentair tech) did but do know they tried Teflon tape, more Teflon tape, and even replaced the plug and o ring.

Make a ball out of Teflon tape and stuff the hole with it
