How i can maintain free chlorine levels in the high temperatures of miami

Hi I'm new in this I bought a intex above ground pool of 3348 gallons and i live in miami With really high temperatures and i want to know what i need to know to maintain the free chlorine level in the pool and i also want to know if i need to put the pool cover or not. I have and intex 2300 gallons sand filter pump and sorry for my english

To maintain FC levels, you just have to add chlorine everyday. And the FC level you need to maintain is a function of your stabilizer, CYA, level. This is easiest to do with one of the recommended test kits, but they may cost more than your pool.

Given the small size, you could try to follow the temporary/ seasonal pool guide found in Pool School.
