Auto pilot low cell volts

I have checked the wiring...
The one fuse I found beneath the transformer..
When I restart... it will say (15 V and 5 amp service...
But as it runs the voltage slowly decreases until it's at zero...
Then it begins flashing and saying low cell volts...
Can anyone tell me what is going on please...
I'm beginning to think mother board...
But cash is low...
Is there anything I can do ???

We are going to need more information. What is it that we are talking about?

Could be a sign that the cell is scaled or it needs replaced. How old is the cell? If you have your manual, p. 29 talks about inspecting/cleaning. Here's a link to the manual if you don't have yours:

You mention that the voltage goes to 0 volts however there is no mention of the amp reading at the 0 volt point.
