Circles in Plaster - New Pool

Has anyone experience this issue with their plaster? New construction and completed January 2016. We elected Diamond Brite Blue Quartz plaster. Approx. 4 months ago these circles started appearing in the shallow end of the pool, on the tanning ledge, and on the steps. There is even a "foot-print" shape circle in the plaster. Any thoughts on what could be causing these circular patters to appear? The circles seem to be getting slowly wider and appearing in other places. PB and Pool Supply Store are at a loss. 30K saltwater pool running 3.5' shallow to 9.5' deep-end.

Looks like areas where water may have pooled when the plaster was initially applied. Did it rain while the pool was being filled? Did anyone get crazy with the water hose?

What chemicals are you using and how are you adding them to the water?

A full set of test results would also be very helpful.
