    Looking for CYA 50

    I am looking on the tftestkits website, but I am not finding the CYA 50 solution to "calibrate" my eyes to doing that test. Is it still available?

    The reagent you are looking for is R-7065. I don't see it on the TFTestkits.net site though.

    I could no longer find it on the TFTestkits site either. Did they pull it because it was causing so much controversy here?

    They stopped carrying it. You can still get it directly from Taylor if you want, although the results certainly do not seem to work as advertised

    I think the more correct statement would be "the CYA test results from many TFP members did not match the advertised 50ppm standard". The problem with the standard 50ppm came in that if we were to believe that the 50ppm sample was truth, then many members discovered that their process, chemicals, or testing equipment were deficient. So this brought up the question of whether the 50ppm sample was truth or if so many members testing were so far off.
