Spectracide wasp & hornet killer in mah pool

So there was some bees on a float, in my pool....lots of bees, i sprayed them with this stuff Shop Spectracide Wasp and Hornet Killer at Lowes.com

so there is probably a whole can of this in my pool now....should i be worried? lol i'm not a smart person.

If you're worried.....bump the FC up a couple points and call it a day.

according to the SDS for the product it contains

Lambda-Cyhalothrin
Prallethrin
patrolium distillates
isopropyl alcohol
propane
and other inert ingredients


Lambda-Cyhalothrin will break down when exposed to sunlight over a few days. Only highly concentrated exposure has been linked to adverse health affects in humans http://npic.orst.edu/factsheets/l_cyhalogen.pdf

Prallethrin is persistent and will be in your water for a long time. There is an FDA acceptable limit of 1ppm residual on fruits and vegetable for human consumption.

Will 1 cans worth of spray diluted into a pools worth of water kill you no it wont kill you. Is it going to make you sick I dunno maybe. If you can drain and refill without much fuss better to be safer than sorry. Even if its a partial refill that would be better than nothing.
