I have a 3+ year old Jandy system now out of warranty. Its control panel is the Auqualink RS. Recently, when the filter pump is running, either in pool or spa mode, neither the phone app nor the remote shows the temp anymore. Both say "Pool Off", "Spa Off". When in Spa Mode, since it can't read the temperature, it won't allow the spa heater to turn on.
Pool Co said it's "probably a relay, but will require a service call to determine and fix". Has anyone else run across this problem and figured out how to fix? Thanks in advance.
