Jandy RS6 and Hayward MaxFlo VS SP2303VSP

I'm ready to replace my old single speed 1.5 HP pool pump. I have a Jandy AquaLink RS6 controller. The pool has popup cleaners and a spa with air and water jets. I think I'd like to get the Hayward MaxFlo VS because I can get a very good discount on one. I don't mind letting the pump's built-in timer handle all the power on intervals and speeds. My question is will the spa jets and the popups still work if the Jandy RS6 isn't controlling the pump? Thanks, Kevin

What exact pump model are you replacing and what is the SF on the motor. The Maxflo VS has a total hp of 1.65, so make sure this is enough pump to run your popups and spa jets
