I have a top mount pool cover about 10 years old my rope just broke yesterday. Can somebody send me the instructions for replacing the rope and also other ideas for ropes that will work besides buying the $800 one they usually use. This will be the 6th time my rope has broke and I am about fed up with this cover. It seems like it always breaks when im closing it and its getting close to the end. It looks like the rope is getting all tangled up on the spool by the motor and then not unrolling correctly when im closing it. Anybody else had this problem? Can somebody provide rope replacement directions.
