We just had our pool installed over the weekend, with no instructions on how to start up! We have the frog system. They said to add the shock...dichlor shock. I have no idea how much i am to add?? Ag pool hold approximately 19000 gallons. Cya is 0 free chlorine is 0. Any help is appreciated.

Raise fc to 3 ppm. Use PoolMath, link above, to calculate how much to add. Without CYA/stabilizer in the pool you'll have to add that a couple times a day.

Just an FYI- those Frog systems add metals to your water which can cause stains and green hair/nails. You might want to consider removing that element since and stick with just liquid chlorine for your sanitizer.
