Hi - I have just set up my new pool, connected pump all seems good. However when I power up the pump I get a humming noise indicating that electricity is getting to the unit but none of the LEDS are lit up on the display panel. The pump is brand new so not sure if there is something I am missing here? Has anyone experienced a similar issue, maybe the pump is faulty in which case I need to ring customer services?
