New Above Ground Pool Owner...What Next?

    Hi all,

I am new to the site and a new pool owner! Exciting! Our 18' Heritage above ground pool will be installed soon. It came with the following: liner, skimmer, filter/pump (1.5 hp simply clean hydration pump), entry system, vac hose, pole, maintenance kit.

What is missing, and/or what else do we need? Chemical kit, right? What is best? Any extras that would be good for the pool or fun for kids?

    Thanks,

    Ashley

Yes, a good test kit is the key to taking care of your pool. I use the TF-100 from TFTestkits.net. It is the best value, here's why, Pool School - Test Kits Compared

TFP water is so nice I had to get the kids snorkels. Mainly because I wanted one.
