fiberglass pool stains

I have a 20,000 gal inground fiberglass pool and tha past couple years we had problems with staining. The walls are stained,just looks like they are dirty. We brush all the time but they remain on the walls. Any idea's, help would be appreciated.
 
Well, it could be a few things, but I suspect its from the N2.

You need to test the stain with Vitamin C tablet or Dry Acid in a sock...

There are links in the second article I posted above, for AA. Also PQ 60 can be purchased online or at the pool store, just make sure it's PQ 60 and not a substitute.

You need to confirm what the stains are before you go down that road, if it's copper that process won't help, and might make the stain worse.
