Pump Down Bad Cap

Thanks for the help. I ended up putting in my dehumidifier cap that I had laying around and the pump fired right up. I ordering a new one through Amazon thanks for the link. I would have just got one from the motor shop, but they are not open on weekends and with prime shipping it is cheaper and faster to use Amazon. For anyone reading this post, the symptoms were that the breaker tripped on the panel because the motor was humming. I separated the pump and motor to make sure nothing was clogged and that the motor was free spinning. I kept the motor disconnected and added power and the motor hummed, so I gave it a spin by hand and it started running fine, so I determined the capacitor was bad (it was also slightly bulged). Thanks for the help.
