What does "aerate to increase pH"

Do you have a return side sprinkler or fountain that you attach to your water return port?

I ended up making one out of 1.5" PVC that I drilled small holes in.

Any water feature will aerate your water or you can point your returns up so they move the surface of the water.

I don't believe my returns moveable.

What is a water feature?

What is your PH now? You may not need to lower your TA if your PH is stable.

7.6 and has been for several days in a row

A water feature can be a slide that has water running down it, and falling into the pool, a fountain, waterfall... anything that disturbs the surface of the water, and creates bubbles will work.

If your PH is stable, I wouldn't worry about TA at this point. If your PH starts climbing consistantly, the you might want to tackle lowering the TA.

Just restested my water and pH is up from 7.6 to 7.7 and TA up from 100 to 130. . We have had 1.5 inches of rain overnight ( I estimate that to be about 240 gallons of rainfall added to my pool)

Complete test:
FC- 1.6
CC-0.4
pH- 7.7
TA-130
CH-210
CYA-35
