    A-Frame ladder install

Just curious to know how yall installed/mounted your ladders to your pools. I have a 27'x52" Yorkshire metal frame above ground pool and have been having a few issues with the ladder not being stable. Can yall post pics and maybe help a fella out as to the best way to mount an A-frame ladder. Reading through the directions I believe that is said to drill through the top of the ladder and into the rail of the pool and secure it that way.

We didn't do anything with our rickety ladder except be careful. We replaced it after a couple years with a set of stairs that had a locking gate; the whole setup was so much more stable.

Then this spring we had a deck built.
