Planning Owner Build in Austin, TX and looking for subs

I've spent the last month doing lots of reading (especially on this site) and talking to PB's and have decided to do an owner build. Thanks for all the great posts on here. I'm looking for recommendations on subcontractors. I've found many plumbing and electrical subs by looking at permits online for pool builds. However, I need help in finding recommendations for design, engineering, excavator, rebar, decking, coping, tiling, plaster, etc.

The build is an IG dimensional pool likely around 17x30 pool with spa and about 700 sq feet of decking.

The one I just finished is that size. More like 1100 SF decking though. I have no idea how to link my build here . . .
