Flagstone coping

I have flagstone coping around my pool which wasn't sealed by the builder last fall when it was finished.
He told us it wasn't necessary..
Now there is a lot of dust coming off the stones which gets in the pool and covers them with it.
Any suggestions on this? Sealers?

The most popular sealer seems to be Dupont Stone tech.
