So how do you know when it is time for a new liner. We bought ours with the pool in 2012. It starting to get rough along the water line and yesterday I noticed there are some wrinkles around the skimmer. Don't want to have to install a new one in the middle of summer so would like to start thinking if I need a new one next spring.
