Has PoolMath been updated recently?

I noticed the recommended pH range has changed on PoolMath. It now says 7.5-7.8. I'm pretty sure before the low end was lower (7.2??).

My pH stays rock solid at 7.4 all season (no acid additions needed). Before that was considered fine. But now PoolMath indicates it's low?

Anyone know why the change?

I am not aware of a change. There are no hard limits anyway. If you pool is happy and balanced, worry not.

It has always been 7.5 to 7.8 as ideal. 7.2 to 7.8 is fine.

Poolcalculator.com is not under TFP control. Use the one on this site.

i found the one on this site didnt save my cookies very well so i kept having to adjust it, the other seemed to work better in that regard. it would be nice if you could login and save your settings from any pc.
