Alkalinity and pH

I have a reading of:
PH- 7.5
Chlorine- 2
Alkalinity- 40
Calcium- 200

I would like to raise my alkalinity to 100 but I don't want my ph to raise also...
If I put in 3 lbs of bi- carbonate then my ph will be out of range.

Raise TA to 60 with baking soda. 100 is too high.

For a spa I would only raise TA to 50. And let pH sit anywhere from 7.6 to 7.8. And if pH rises to fast then add 50 ppm of borates.
