I had a new liner installed this year and I can feel rocks in many places underneath. Should I be worried about this? Is it unreasonable to expect that the installer would have addressed this before putting the liner in?
Bigger than pebbles for sure. Some of them are sharp enough that they kind of hurt if you step on them. I would have thought the installer would have taken care to not put a new liner on top of things that might be able to puncture it but I'm pretty sure they wanted to get in and out as fast as possible and get their money.
