Never had this problem in 5 yrs. Water tested earlier in the week, need alkalinity and ph, did that, tested again today and levels are fine. We keep getting brownish type sediment at the bottom. Just vacuumed and 2 hours later it's back! Help!

Took it to a pool place, kinda wanted to test them out. Initially told me to increase alk and ph, went today and they said alls good.

Will try tomorrow, almost dark and just vacuumed.
What you are already seeing is that the Pool $tore testing is not reliable. 
We have seen it again and again. In fact I lived it and my pool go ruined to the point of the liner giving out while I was in the pool and all of the water gushing out and almost taking me with it 
You really need to get your own test kit. Look in my siggy for the one I think is the best bang for the buck.
What you are seeing is dead algae. You are just ahead of getting a full bloom algae outbreak.

Thanks for your response. Think we just got it! Sock on the filter, lots of vacuuming! Running the filter...Waters been clear, no stuff on the bottom
