My Lights are basically pointless

There are two lights in my pool which you can hardly see even in pitch black darkness. Are there any lights I can add while the pool is full, currently they are LED fiber optic. But they suck...lol

Ok LED and Fiber Optic are mutually exclusive. So they are either one or the other.

How old are the lights?

Can you post a picture?

What makes you think they fiber optic?

Not sure how old, just bought the house, previous owner said they were installed like that
