Every time my Polaris 3900 Sport turns on, the connector hose comes apart, and the little black nut (like an o-Ring) comes off and drops to the bottom of the pool. The the unattached hose goes nuts and sprays water everywhere. I can reattach it and put the ring back on, and then it works fine, but I don't feel like I should have to do that every day. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I take it you mean at the point where the hose connects to the cleaner? it sounds like you may need a new connector. The lock in the connector is spring loaded and you depress it push it onto the cleaner then let go of the lock and it should then click into the connector on the cleaner locking it into place. if it keeps blowing off then it is not locking onto the hose connector.
