So July 4th weekend was my Independence Day from the pool store and pool boy. Since then, despite a mishap with the pool boy showing up and dumping a bunch of stuff in my perfectly clear and balanced water (ugh!), I've finished a SLAM and have effortlessly maintained it.
Current readings are:
FC 4.0 (it was 7.5 this morning, and time for me to add some bleach)
CC 0
pH 7.5 (added MA this morning to bring it to 7.2, then the kids aerated for me and brought it back up)
TA 120 (down from a high of 150)
CH 275
CYA 40
Should I continue to chip away at the TA, or am I ok here? I need to add some water too -- it's been blisteringly hot here in Boston, and not a drop of rain. Water level is getting close to uncomfortable, so I'm gonna hook the hose up in the morning and add 2-3 inches.
