I have a gunite pool and spa that was installed in March 2016. The spa jets worked fine for the first few uses but then one jet outlet began sucking. Then this jet started working fine. Now 2 jets are sucking. There are six jet outlets, 2 water inlets (for hot water to pump in), 1 air intake in the coping ledge. 2 Jets are sucking and 4 are blowing great. Any ideas what my problem may be?

Can you clarify your meaning of "sucking"? As in the jets are now pulling in water rather than pushing it out... or that they are sucking in that their performance is inadequate or objectionable, but still pushing water?
It would be extremely rare for a plumbing fixture to start pulling in water when it's designed to push water and is likely in the same plumbing loop as the rest of the return jets.

The jet outlets are literally sucking. When you put your hand near the outlet it sucks your hand to it. I do not understand why it started fine then had 1 start sucking the all worked and now 2 sucking. I am lost.
We're going to need a pic or two of the equipment pad. Sounds like a valve might be turned the wrong way.
