Green Pool - no clue what to do anymore

We've been gone for a month and the person we asked to monitor the pool could not do it. So, we got home to a green pool. I guess that's to be expected in the month of June in AZ.

Here are the measurements I just took using Taylor 2006 test kit.

FC:0
TC:0 (sample would not turn red at all no matter how much DPD powder I added)
Ph:7.0
TA: 50
Calcium Hardness: 530
Cyanuric Acit: 55

Pool is about 32,000 to 35,000 gallons (hard to say because of very irregular shape).

Looks like I need to fix the Ph and TA first. Do I need to do that before I start adding chlorine?

We've put a lot of chlorine and shock in the past week and still nothing. As you can tell I am fairly new at this and can use all the help I can get.

Leave your pH alone. It will tend to rise naturally and you are fine where you are at 7.0

You must SLAM the pool. To do so successfully, read "The ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry" up in Pool School first. Then read the SLAM article in Pool School and follow it to the letter.
