Purchasing DE Material

Is this the correct stuff to put in a DE filter? I am confused when it uses the term "aid" and states active ingredient citric acid and butoxethanol.

It looks like the right stuff, but the active ingredient list is throwing me off. What would those chems be doing in DE?

Edit: I don't see those mentioned in the MSDS sheet

Maybe the description on Amazon is incorrect (wouldn't be the first time)?

I took a look and that's the stuff I have. There's no mention of those ingredients on the box.
