Question Leslies power powder plus shock

I have had two different Leslies employees tell me that the power powder plus shock does not contain stabilizer and wont raise CYA of which I am skeptical. Are they full of dung as usual or will this product have no effect on CYA?

    Thanks

For half that price, you can get 6 gallon of bleach which we know has no CYA...
