Welcome to the forum. I can't help you specifically but maybe you can search your area on the forum and pm any members and ask them if they could refer you to any PB'ers in the area.

No clue on the Vegas connections and 30 years ago that phrase might have gotten some strange looks. Why don't you share your ideas and see what people have to say. There are plenty of experts on here (I'm not one) that can help lead you down the right path before you even talk with a PB.
