Glad to be part of this site and looking forward to all the information/help available. I have had my pool for 2 years and always a Baquacil user, but now converting to a low dose chlorine. Switching pool stores I utilize as well.

Welcome to TFP!!!

PLEASE!!!! do not follow a pool store recommended method for converting from Baq to chlorine. We keep seeing them making the process MUCH more difficult than it should be.

What do you mean by a "low dose chlorine" system? Sounds like marketing speak. I highly recommend not switching pool stores and just avoiding them altogether until you understand the maintenance yourself.
