Our new metal frame 15 x 4ft above ground pool did not come with a skimmer. We ordered the appropriate skimmer but it does not sit right in the water to work properly. We have been messing with this skimmer off & on for 3 days! We need help please. This is not our first pool.

Please add your pool info to your signature by going to the top of the TFP web page (just under the Pool School button) and select "SETTINGS". On the next page look to the left for a menu bar that says, “MY SETTINGS” and go to "EDIT SIGNATURE" to enter your pool and equipment info there. Or you can click EDIT YOUR SIGNATURE. In addition, if you upload of pic or two of your equipment it may help us better. Thanks!
