Slipping beaded liner

I installed a new liner in my oval above-ground pool last spring. When I took the winter cover off this spring both ones of the liner had slipped out of the track. I've dropped the water level and readjusted the liner to reinstall the bead. One spot about 2" wide keeps coming loose. Even the beadlock won't stay. Help!

You can run another beadlock in that area if you need to. You can also put a Popsicle stick (found a craft stores) in that area. We have one spot where we had to put a stick. Not sure why. It looks the same size but that small part always come out. We put the stick there and not more problems.
