Hi all,

I noticed for the past week that my spa jets have no pressure coming to them, they worked fine before. I have a salt system, with a Jandy Pro Series Stealth SHPF 2.0, the pool build was completed January 2015. I called my pool guy out and he took apart the pump and said the "seal plate" screws have rusted out, so now the seal plate isn't attached correctly so no pressure comes. He showed me how the screws are rusted and that he couldn't thread them back on.

I called Jandy today but they are closed.

Has anybody experienced this before? Why would Jandy provide screws that rust out with a salt system? Is it so we have to buy a new one every 18 months?

Do ya'll know if this will be covered under warranty?

I included some pictures below.
