Would like to start building our own pool. I need recommendations for designer, engineer and contractors. Help!!!!

You might start by heading over to the Under Construction forum and looking for some of the Las Vegas builds (there are quite a few). You should be able to get some great ideas there, and get into contact with those members to find out who their vendors were.
