Pool timer

Hubby got a timer for the filter. He was wondering how many hrs filter should run for, and at what time of day? Thanks

Time of day does not matter unless you are on a time of use rate plan that makes it cheaper to run at night. As for how long depends on the pool, start with 4 hours and see how the water looks if you like it you are good to go if it looks a bit cloudy increase in 30min to an hour increments every couple of day till it looks good to you.
