Calcium dropped slightly

CH was always 250 but rain and draining a bit must have bumped it down.

My question is how can I add calcium carbonate without spending a fortune? I know Leslies sells "calcium hardness plus" but can I find the same thing at Walmart or a box hardware store? If so, is identical in terms of fineness/granularity?

Thanks.

Other terms are hardness increaser.

I order mine via Amazon and I get 25 lbs at a time as it is more economical. Seems like you need about 25 lbs to get your CH in the recommended range. See pool math to determine how much you need. It will last until you need it again.

Here are two that are on Prime: Amazon.com : Pool Mate 1-2825 Calcium Increaser for Swimming Pools, 25-Pound : Patio, Lawn Garden
and
Amazon.com : Robelle 2825 Calcium Plus for Swimming Pools, 25-Pound (Discontinued by Manufacturer) : Swimming Pool Ph Balancers : Patio, Lawn Garden
