My pool has been used quite a bit lately, and the temps have been high, but I am only running my salt generator at 35% to keep the FC level at about 4. If I raise the generator percent to 60% the FC raises up to about 7 or 8. The salt level was hovering around 3,400 when I replaced some water, but now it's up to 3,700. My TA is 80, the PH seems to creep up to 8.0 (because of the bubblers/ aeration?), and the CYA is at 50. Just wondering what is causing the FC and salt levels to raise so easily.

Where are you getting the salt number?
The FC is rising because you increased the SWG output (more than doubled it).
